Ingredients:

2 1/2 -3 pounds of tenderloin beef

Garlic, honey, sugar, asian pear, onion, sesame oil, sesame seeds, 16 oz. Beef broth, vegetable mushrooms, medium carrot, bunch of green onions, tofu, and green chili pepper.

Marinade:

Mix 1/3 cup soy sauce, ½ cup sugar, 10-15 cloves of garlic minced,
1 large onion crushed, 2 Tbsp. Honey, 1 small to medium Asian pear crushed,
1/3 cup of water.

Place ingredients minus the beef into a food processor.

Slice beef, against the grain, into thin strips. 

Place sliced beef into the marinade and add
2 tbsp. Of sesame seed oil and sesame seeds.  Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.

Following cooling and marinating period, the beef can be grilled in open pan. 

Serve with traditional Korean side dishes and rice. Enjoy!

Even Americans who don’t care for Korean cuisine like Bulgogi or Korean B-B-Q. 

Tender strips of tenderloin in a tasty marinade sauce with vegetable sides and rice makes for a great meal.
