I suggest you add whatever else makes you happy but when in a hurry, I pretty much make it this way and top off with sliced red chili pepper, and green onions.
When I first encountered this dish in Korea, I thought there was something unusual about the noodles as I'd never seen this kind. To this day, I love the clear, golden look and texture of the noodle with the veggies and wonderful sesame seed flavor.
You can try this recipe or that of Maangchi and a few others to come and enjoy this hearty Korean noodle dish.
